The Swedish Trade and Invest Council, together with the Ministry of Economic Affairs of Taiwan, will hold the 38th “Sweden–Taiwan Joint Business Council” (JBC) meeting in Taipei on November 18th (Friday). The JBC is a high-level meeting with government officials and business leaders from Sweden and Taiwan with an aim to enhance collaboration.

The Sustainable Production Roundtable will be arranged as a breakout session at the 38th JBC meeting. Sweden has announced that it will become the first fossil-free country by 2045, and the Swedish government and Fossil Free Sweden are supporting corporates to establish the sustainable supply chain. JBC has invited Swedish and Taiwanese companies who focus on green transition with implementation of sustainable processing and material to share their experience and solutions of building sustainable supply chain and digitalized processing.
