Nothing F!SHY is founded by 2 chefs who created probably the worlds best plant-based f!sh. Since product launching in 2022 we have secured distribution with all of Sweden´s largest food service companies, entered retail with over 350 stores in Sweden, export to Denmark,  won innovation and product prizes and have been finalists in business and product awards. With a steady pipeline of new innovation, we aim to be the most important, trusted and well known plant-based seafood alternative in Europe.

2025 European Sustainability Summit.

Product range

Breaded filé & Tempura filé 

Packaging size: 250g retail, 3 kg food service 

Our products look, taste, smell and feel just like real fish. We fortify the products with vitamins, minerals and Omega-3 which means we have the same nutritional profile as the fish we are replacing. A fully gastronomical sustainable plant-based alternative to fish. 

We also have 25g nuggets which are perfect for tacos or poke bowls, 117g burgers, and
are soon releasing a “naked” salmon filé (a product without breadcrumbs).
