Sevan is a family-owned company and the market leader in fresh hummus and falafel as well as the category World Foods in the Nordics. Founded in 1989, Sevan offers a wide range of fresh and flavorful Middle Eastern-inspired products including various hummus flavors, falafel, tzatziki, baba ganoush, and specialty sauces – serving both retail and foodservice across Sweden, Finland, and Norway. In our own factory in Sigtuna, Stockholm, we produce falafel, hummus, sauces and more – both for our own brands and for private label customers.

Sevan Hummus Original, 275g Chilled 

Sevan Hummus Original is the number one fresh hummus in the Nordics, produced at Sevan Hummus Factory in Sigtuna, Stockholm. Loved for its silk smooth texture, freshly balanced taste and ready to serve packaging.  

Sevan tahini, 200g Ambient

Top quality Lebanese light tahini bottled in Sigtuna, Sweden. Traditionally stone ground with a balanced nutty flavor and creamy texture all in a convenient squeeze bottle. 

Sevan also offers a wide range of traditional products from the Middle Eastern kitchen such as bulgur, rice, spices, pomegranate syrup and pickled vegetables. In our fresh range you will find products like filo and kadayif dough. In addition to the hummus we also produce fresh sauces as well as fresh and frozen falafel and burgers. All product categories available as Sevan branded products as well as private label offers.

Sevan’s products can be found in all the large retail and foodservice chains in the Nordics as well as in independent ethnic stores. We can offer both central distribution as well as direct distribution to stores and restaurants.
