Family owned and with 40 years of experience, we combine Swedish quality with the flavors of the Middle East in our own factory in Sigtuna, Stockholm, offering a winning assortment for clients in retail, foodservice, ethnic market and industry.

Fresh Minced Garlic
Condiments & Seasonings. 100g, 1 kg, 2,5 kg, 10 kg. Chilled, ready-to-use minced garlic in a small re-closable cup. 180-days shelf life, ~30 days after opening. A true kitchen life hack – one or two spoons easily flavour any dish, hot or cold. No additives, around 20 cloves per cup.

Fresh Sauce squeeze bottle
Condiments & Seasonings. 200 ml, 250 ml, 500 ml. Fresh, chilled, vegan sauces in a squeeze bottle. 90-days shelf life. Full of flavour and allergen-free (except tahini sauce, which contains sesame). Classic Middle Eastern flavours: tahini sauce, harissa mayo and green chili sauce. Additional recipes available on request.

Condiments & Seasonings. 200g, 250g, 500g. Traditionally stone-ground tahini from selected sesame seeds, in a handy squeeze bottle. 540-days shelf life. Carefully roasted and ground for the perfect light colour, flavour and smoothness. Drizzle over food or use in dressings and dips. Pomegranate syrup also available in same packaging.

Founded in 1989, Sevan today is the market leader in Hummus and World Foods in Sweden, Finland and Norway, and recently entered into Denmark as well. We import and distribute many of the most popular world foods, such as grains and rice, beans and lentils, drinks, spices and flavourings, to name a few. We are also continuously adding products from our own factory in Sigtuna, Stockolm, mainly fresh hummus, dips and sauces as well as falafel and veggie burgers.
The Sevan Food Group represents an annual turnover of around 50 million € and today employs 60 people, all working with heart and dedication to make Middle Eastern cuisine a larger part of everyday life across Europe. We have in-house national sales and distribution covering both mainstream and independent trade channels, retail, wholesale, and foodservice clients across the Nordics today, with growing exports to Northern Europe.
