Why Two Face?
Two Face nods to our double fermentation process – a method that builds flavor the way time builds character. No shortcuts. No fake add-ons. Just raw ingredients allowed to find their true voice. The nordic flavors. Our profiles are rooted in Scandinavian nature. Wild berries, quince, rosehip, herbs, cherry, sea buckthorn. Ingredients that have been around forever, but here they arrive with new shoes, a new haircut, and suddenly feel timeless and modern at the same time. Through cold brewing, infusions, and fermentation, we turn these ingredients into something that lands in-between the familiar and the unexpected. Something you didn’t know you wanted, but once you taste it, it’s impossible to un-know.
Who is Two Face?
Two Face is five people, pulled together from different corners, carrying different obsessions and backstories, but somehow orbiting the same idea: to make a drink that doesn’t exist yet. Think Spice Girls if they ditched Wembley for brewing tanks — except it’s five guys, no choreo, and way too much time spent arguing about fruit.
