Business Sweden Showcases Swedish Food Exports at the World’s Largest Food Trade Fair
Sweden is presenting its diverse flavour palette in Cologne – from sustainable oat-based products to sugar-free snacks and premium coffee. As part of the Try Swedish export programme, led by Business Sweden, some of the country’s most innovative and quality-driven food producers are coming together in a joint pavilion at Anuga – the world’s leading trade fair for food and beverages, taking place from 4–8 October.

The Swedish pavilion at Anuga 2025 highlights a selection of Sweden’s most exciting food producers – from premium coffee and natural juices to high-quality bread, sugar-free snacks, innovative oat products and the country’s iconic liquorice.
The exhibitors reflect the breadth of Swedish food culture – from north to south, from traditional recipes to modern innovation, and from healthy staples to indulgent treats. Each brand represents not only high quality, but also a story of craftsmanship, sustainability and forward thinking.
“The Swedish food industry combines tradition with innovation, sustainability and high quality. At Anuga, we are showcasing the breadth and strength of Swedish food and beverage culture,” says Maria Kärnerud, Head of the food initiative at Business Sweden.
The Swedish pavilion is located in Hall 10, Level 2, Stand A050. Visitors will have the opportunity to sample dishes prepared by an on-site chef and discover new products, unique flavours and inspiring stories from Sweden’s food industry.
