The bakery is dedicated gluten-free and is located 225 km northwest of Stockholm.
Committed to care for the environment, only natural ingredients are used and the bakery is powered entirely by wind and water.

Vilmas Swedish Organic

The organic range, sold under the Vilmas brand, are based on sourdough made form Scandinavian organic oats and buckwheat, seeds, herbs and spices. The products feature designs from the well-known Swedish artists Bengt Lindberg and Lotta Glave, and are found in gourmet and natural food stores from Australia to Canada.

Swedish Protein Deli

After three years of product development we have succeeded in baking 100% natural grain-free crackers and crispbreads, with 40-60% protein and less than 5% carbs. Best of all, they taste great! You’ll never miss the grains!
