After a successful delegation and two weeks of activities in Business Sweden's pavilion during COP26 in Glasgow, Business Sweden has another strong business participation at this year's critical climate conference. Our aim is to bring together leading actors from business, politics, the public sector, and academia to accelerate the leading innovations and solutions required to achieve the goals of the Paris Agreement.

– Swedish companies are accelerating the climate agenda and have an important role to play in the green transition. We have world-leading solutions that can have an impact at an international level, and in order to strengthen Sweden's position within global climate cooperation and increase our contribution to the Paris Agreement, we will attend COP27 with a business delegation. Mattias Frumerie, Sweden's Chief Negotiator for COP27, says of the commitment of the business community.

– Science agrees. The effects of the climate crisis are already tangible for many around the world - and in Sweden. The Swedish presence during COP27 is partly driven by the urgency that the transition requires, and partly by the opportunities that the transition presents. Here, cooperation and innovative solutions play an important role, which is something that Sweden is a leader in. I am therefore happy to see this strong turnout of business actors coordinated by Business Sweden. Sweden is an important inspirer and partner in the green transition globally, says Mattias.
