Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming inquiries from colleagues and external stakeholders regarding responsible business conduct, ESG, and due diligence.
- Advise project managers and business developers on sustainability, risk management, and reporting in development-related projects.
- Improve the content and usability of the existing ESG risk tool, including user support and minor technical enhancements.
- Coordinate feedback collection from internal and external stakeholders.
- Contribute to making the tool scalable and applicable across sectors such as energy, transport, health, and digital infrastructure.
Qualifications:
- Experience in ESG, sustainability, development cooperation, or international development projects.
- Solid understanding of frameworks such as IFC Performance Standards, UN Guiding Principles, and OECD Guidelines.
- Ability to translate complex sustainability requirements into practical tools and processes.
- Experience in advising companies and project teams.
- Bonus: Experience with Excel-based tools and model development.
