Vacant positions

Consultant Assignment – Responsible Business & ESG Risk Tool (3-month contract)

Location: Stockholm (Region Sweden, Strategic Projects Department)
Duration: November 20, 2025 – February 28, 2026

Responsibilities:

Respond to incoming inquiries from colleagues and external stakeholders regarding responsible business conduct, ESG, and due diligence.
Advise project managers and business developers on sustainability, risk management, and reporting in development-related projects.
Improve the content and usability of the existing ESG risk tool, including user support and minor technical enhancements.
Coordinate feedback collection from internal and external stakeholders.
Contribute to making the tool scalable and applicable across sectors such as energy, transport, health, and digital infrastructure.

Qualifications:

Experience in ESG, sustainability, development cooperation, or international development projects.
Solid understanding of frameworks such as IFC Performance Standards, UN Guiding Principles, and OECD Guidelines.
Ability to translate complex sustainability requirements into practical tools and processes.
Experience in advising companies and project teams.
Bonus: Experience with Excel-based tools and model development.

Additional Information:

The consultant will be placed in Region Sweden, Strategic Projects Department.
Hybrid work arrangements are possible.
Working languages: Swedish and English.
