Each year, the UN brings together world leaders, researchers, companies, and organisations for COP. Sweden’s official presence includes the Swedish negotiating delegation and the official business delegation led by Business Sweden.

Since COP25, Business Sweden has coordinated Sweden’s pavilion and non-negotiating delegation. This year, Swedish companies will once again attend this critical climate conference to showcase solutions for the green transition. The event will be accessible both on-site and digitally via Business Sweden’s website.

“Business Sweden plays an important role in strengthening Sweden’s competitiveness in the green transition by matching countries’ needs with Swedish solutions and attracting international investments,” said Jan Larsson, CEO of Business Sweden.

The business sector is a driving force in the climate transition. To accelerate Sweden’s global contribution to the Paris Agreement, the Swedish business delegation is preparing for COP29 this November and is already planning for COP30 in Brazil in 2025.
