India is one of the world’s largest and fastest-growing defence markets. The establishment of the Sweden–India Strategic Partnership and Joint Action Plan 2026–2030 has created further momentum for bilateral defence cooperation and new opportunities for Swedish industry.
This session will provide Swedish defence, dual-use, aerospace and space companies with a practical overview of the Indian market. The discussion will cover priority opportunities in unmanned and autonomous systems, dual-use technologies, and space and aerospace, as well as routes to market, partnerships, localisation and co-production.
Participants will also gain insights into key regulatory and export-control considerations and hear practical perspectives from organisations with experience of the Indian market. The session will conclude with a Q&A, networking and fika.
