Whistleblowing Service
Both external parties and employees of Business Sweden can use our Whistleblowing Service through the online system WhistleB. It is anonymous and available for everyone through our internal and external website.
Our organisation is built on trust and accountability. It is essential for those representing Business Sweden to speak up when faced with situations that violate our Code of Conduct, our policies, or the law. In such cases, action is required. Every representative of Business Sweden is responsible for reporting misconduct, with the assurance that no retaliation will occur.
We also encourage individuals outside our organisation to contact us if they witness a violation of our Code of Conduct or policies by an employee or partner of Business Sweden. We take all such violations seriously.
How do I report?
For Business Sweden employees, we recommend speaking with someone you trust, such as your direct manager, a human resources representative, or another manager.
Both external parties and Business Sweden employees can also report concerns through our Whistleblowing Service, accessible via WhistleB, an anonymous and secure online system available on our internal and external websites.
About WhistleB
WhistleB ensures whistleblower anonymity through multiple measures. The online service operates independently of Business Sweden's IT environment and does not track IP addresses or any data that could identify the sender. All messages are encrypted and can only be decrypted by designated personnel. WhistleB itself cannot decrypt and read the messages.
