The pavilion will be inaugurated on 17 June by Sweden’s Ambassador to France, Caroline Vicini, and will serve as a platform for networking, business development and knowledge exchange throughout the event. Swedish companies and representatives will also take part in panel discussions and programme sessions on VivaTech’s main stages, providing additional visibility and opportunities for international partnerships.

At VivaTech, Swedish companies have a unique opportunity to meet international investors, partners and customers in one place. Through the Swedish Pavilion, we can showcase their solutions, create concrete business opportunities and accelerate their international growth,” says Emma Hemmingson, Country Manager France at Business Sweden.

Sweden is ranked as one of Europe’s leading innovation countries and is often highlighted as a global “unicorn factory”, with strong access to capital, high levels of investment in research and development, and close collaboration between the public and private sectors. The Swedish delegation also includes key players from the capital markets and the broader innovation ecosystem, further expanding opportunities for business and partnerships during the event.

Sweden has built one of the world’s most effective ecosystems for creating, scaling and financing technology companies. It is rooted in an innovation culture where collaboration, long-term thinking and support for new ideas are central. VivaTech is a platform for exactly this – ambition, growth and partnerships – and that is why we are here,” continues Emma Hemmingson.

"Through our expanded government assignment, we are strengthening support to Swedish startups and scaleups in their international growth journeys. Initiatives such as the Swedish Pavilion at VivaTech are a key part of Scale with Sweden, helping to drive exports while reinforcing Sweden’s position as a leading innovation nation", says Helen Rönnholm, Head of Export Promotion at Business Sweden.
